Brian Brack joined Ray Peña McChristian in El Paso after practicing in New Mexico for over 27 years. Brian began practicing in Ruidoso, New Mexico for a general practice law firm before moving to Clovis to work with his brother. He later took over that practice when his brother was appointed to the bench. Over his career, Brian has represented local government entities, banks, small businesses, hospitals, and individual clients. Brian has served as first and second chair counsel in multiple trials throughout New Mexico, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He has extensive litigation experience and is comfortable in the courtroom.

Personal


Brian is married to Jennifer and they have four amazing children. After kicking his rugby addiction, Brian has focused on his kids’ activities and had the honor of coaching them. One of his greatest achievements is being awarded the 2016 Boys Coach of the Year – AYSO #1447. He is also honored to have served as Trustee, Deacon, and Worship Team Member for Celebration Baptist Church for over 10 years.
