



Isaac is an experienced litigator and has worked on various cases involving DTPA, breach of contract, and personal injury claims, including but not limited to catastrophic motor vehicle and trucking accidents and premises liability.
Prior to joining Ray Peña McChristian, Isaac was a Drug Task Force prosecutor for the El Paso County District Attorney’s Office. He was assigned to the narcotic unit, where he prosecuted various victim related crimes (including capital murder, sexual assault of a child, strangulations and aggravated assaults) and other enhanced degree drug crimes. Within five year at the DA’s office, he tried over 65 trials and 60 contested matters. In law school, Isaac completed an internship with the Honorable Philip Martinez of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and an internship with the Jacksonville Human Rights Commission.
