



Joe Peña is a trial lawyer specializing in catastrophic injury and fatality cases. He has extensive trial experience in various areas, including transportation, construction defect, product liability, premises liability, first-party, and commercial claims. Notably, Joe has handled complex cases involving multiple fatalities in trucking and transportation accidents, oilfield and refinery deaths, fire and explosion claims, and traumatic brain injuries.
Beyond his legal practice, Joe is a respected presenter and panel counsel. He has presented at State Bar of Texas CLE seminars on trucking and transportation defense and serves as panel counsel for national insurance carriers and Fortune 500 transportation and energy companies. Joe also provides personal counsel to prominent business entities, including a large minority-owned restaurant franchise group in Texas.
