Joe Peña is a trial lawyer specializing in catastrophic injury and fatality cases. He has extensive trial experience in various areas, including transportation, construction defect, product liability, premises liability, first-party, and commercial claims. Notably, Joe has handled complex cases involving multiple fatalities in trucking and transportation accidents, oilfield and refinery deaths, fire and explosion claims, and traumatic brain injuries.

Joe also provides personal counsel to prominent business entities, including a large minority-owned restaurant franchise group in Texas.
