Soto, Alex

Prior and after completion of his studies, Alex practiced in the Mexican Customs Department and with prominent law firms in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, in areas such as Civil, Commercial, Tax and Customs litigation, Corporate, Real Estate and Administrative Law. Alex was involved with the establishment and corporate organization of several "Maquiladora" industries in Ciudad Juarez and Mexico City. He also practiced as a General Counselor for two customs brokers in Ciudad Juarez and El Paso, Texas, planning legal solutions and developing new strategies for their daily import and export operations. Alex is a licensed Private Investigator in the State of Texas.
