In 1984, Mr. Stouffer joined a Victoria, Texas law firm as a personal injury and commercial litigator. He subsequently became a partner in the firm and remained there until May 1990, returning to his hometown of Fort Worth where he practiced until 2008. He moved to Little Rock, Arkansas to serve Of Counsel to Kutak Rock, L.L.P.. In July 2011, Mr Stouffer returned to Fort Worth to practice at RVMJ.
