Mr. Stouffer's career is marked by a series of strategic moves that reflect his commitment to his profession and community. In 1984, he began his career as a personal injury and commercial litigator at a Victoria, Texas law firm, where he eventually became a partner. After six years, he returned to his hometown of Fort Worth, continuing his practice there for nearly two decades.

In 2008, Mr. Stouffer expanded his professional horizons by moving to Little Rock, Arkansas, where he served as Of Counsel to the law firm Kutak Rock, L.L.P. Three years later, he returned to Fort Worth, joining RVMJ in July 2011. Throughout his career, Mr. Stouffer has demonstrated a dedication to his craft, a willingness to adapt to new opportunities, and a strong connection to his community.
