Tabitha joined Ray Peña McChristian in 2026 as an associate attorney in the El Paso office. Prior to joining the firm, Tabitha practiced insurance defense litigation in Austin, Texas. She assisted in developing numerous litigation matters for trial through claims analysis, investigation, discovery, motions practice, and depositions. Tabitha has a broad range of experience in criminal appeals, criminal litigation, and civil litigation. She has worked for the Texas Attorney General Tax Litigation Division, Florida Attorney General Criminal Appeals Division, and handled landlord-tenant disputes for a non-profit organization in Colorado. Tabitha's extensive practical experience has provided her with a unique perspective in litigation that allows her to anticipate and identify potential issues for appeal.
