



With a strong background in insurance defense, Zach has developed a versatile practice, representing clients as both outside and in-house counsel. Throughout his career, he has successfully handled a diverse range of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, construction defect disputes, premises liability actions, and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) claims. Additionally, Zach has expertise in special investigations and fraud cases, leveraging his knowledge and experience to navigate complex issues and achieve favorable outcomes for his clients. His dual experience as both outside and in-house counsel provides him with a unique perspective, allowing him to provide strategic and effective representation.
Zach received his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Texas Tech University and his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University – Dedman School of Law. In 2007, he began his legal career at the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted misdemeanors cases up to felonies, with a focus on major and white-collar crimes. After leaving the DA’s Office, Zach practiced family law and criminal defense before joining a well-established civil litigation firm handling insurance defense matters and commercial litigation.
