Gabriela is beginning her legal career with a diverse background in civil litigation, children's law, criminal prosecution, and public service. During law school at the University of New Mexico, Gabriela developed practical legal skills through internships with Pegasus Legal Services for Children, Shekter Rosete Law, and the Office of the New Mexico Second Judicial District Attorney. Together, these opportunities exposed Gabriela to a variety of legal matters and provided her with a well-rounded perspective on advocacy and client representation.
Before law school, Gabriela worked for the Texas House of Representatives, the Office of the Travis County Judge, and the Texas Democratic Party, where she gained experience in public service and legislative affairs. Her background has shaped her approach to the practice of law and strengthened her commitment to achieving effective outcomes for her clients.
