Anthony is a regulatory strategy lawyer. He cuts through dense rules, competing risks, and complex facts to build the legal approach that best protects his clients’ interests. Efficient, analytical, and solutions-driven, he focuses on helping clients navigate government-facing issues and corporate compliance challenges.
Before joining Ray Peña McChristian, Anthony served as a Team Lead Attorney at the Federal Trade Commission, where he oversaw major Freedom of Information Act matters, earning the agency’s 2023 Stephen A. Nye Award for outstanding legal work as a junior practitioner. His earlier experiences include commercial transactions experience at Verizon as a legal analyst along with unique, high-level sport operation experience with the NFL Players Association and United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee. During law school, Anthony served as a law clerk in the Office of the Arkansas Attorney General, Pulaski County (AR) Public Defender’s Office, and completed a judicial externship with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas under then Chief Judge Richard D. Taylor.
Anthony holds a J.D. and MBA, is licensed in New York and Washington, D.C., and remains active in national legal and professional associations.
