RPM is pleased to announce the addition of Joseph Montoya to our team as an Associate Attorney.

Joey is a native of Northern New Mexico, born in Los Alamos, raised in Espanola. He attended the University of New Mexico graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Criminology. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from UNM Law in 2015.

Joey’s experience is diverse having spent time at each level of government and practicing both public and private practice. This includes time as an international trade attorney, state prosecutor, risk manager and defense attorney. Notably, he has years of trial practice and a number of years supervising and training others.

In his free-time he enjoys watching football (Go Packers!), playing fantasy football, staying physically active, caring for his mom and raising his son.
