RPM is happy to announce our newest Associate Attorney, Benjamin Peña

Benjamin earned his B.A. in Anthropology from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is a 2025 law graduate from St. Mary’s University School of Law. While in law school, Benjamin competed as a member of the National Moot Court team, served as a Senator for the St. Mary’s Student Bar Association, and participated as a Staff Writer for the St. Mary’s Law Journal.

When he’s not working, Benjamin enjoys watching sports, spending time with his family, and trying out new restaurants. Benjamin is thrilled to join Ray | Peña | McChristian, because it allows him to continue to be a part of the firm that first sparked his interest in pursuing a career in civil litigation.
